MSJA Billing's obligations regarding PHI in such circumstances are governed by applicable law, the applicable Business Associate Agreement, the client services agreement, and MSJA Billing's policies and procedures.

Use of this public website alone does not create a Business Associate relationship between MSJA Billing and a website visitor.
